The hotel itself is a little outdated and the shower was so small and the fan barely worked. Everyone else was great the breakfast was amazing and the staff were nice and hospitable

I wanted to enjoy my stay but I just couldn’t. The check-in was awful, staff were rude to my husband and we were not treated with respect. I called the front desk to speak to a manager & waited on the phone 10 minutes and they never came to answer. I will definitely not be staying here again, if you are coming in on a business trip or you are a professional I suggest you stay elsewhere.

The service here is terrible. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The room only had two towels despite sleeping up to four. The sofa bed had no bedding on it. My wife also left some earrings on the bathroom counter and when we called to ask about them less than 2 hours after we had checked out, they had magically "disappeared" from the room. Guess housekeeping got themselves a nice pair of new earrings. Will never stay here again and recommend you go to one of the many other hotels in the area instead.

Stayed first time in Embassy suites. Bathroom was age old and very small. Lot of space is wasted in room. After taking bath water was leaking into floor from bath tub. Bathroom exhaust was running but it was not exhausting air. I would never stay again at this Embassy Suites.

Comfy bed, clean room

The hotel was completely full, but we received excellent service from Elise at the front desk and the bartenders during happy hour. Our only complaint is that the rooms are not very sounds proof - there was a lot of noise from kids in the hallway and next door. Also, there could be more/better coffee available in the room for those of us who wake up houra before breakfast os served.

This was a perfect place to stay with my large family. We enjoyed the pool, arcade, and the restaurant/room service. And free drinks were awesome perfect way to end the day! Front desk service was excellent! Breakfast was mostly good stayed 4 days and several things were burnt each day. This hotel is beautiful but the rooms could use some updates the sliding doors are very old and seem to be a hazard and the brick around the windows have mold growing from condensation which also affects the curtains.

I stayed for 7 days and 6 nights, I found the hotel to be beautifully designed, clean and welcoming personalities of the staffs. Lacey at the front desk always checked if we were ok and if we needed anything, Raul and Nena in the kitchen, attentive to the needs of the guesses and hardworking, I liked them the most of all, they always greet and always have happy approachable personalities , Of course delicious and healthy breakfast and many options to choose from and someone ready to cook hot fresh healthy omelette . Someone always tidy up my room and always have new supplies that we need, the whole week I stayed at the hotel was quiet and relaxing. My overall observation and suggestions for the facility they just need to touch up any visible or replace some of the outdated or overused items to make the hotel more appealing. Thank you
