Rakastamme vuokrata koteja matkustaessamme. Ostimme tämän aivan uuden vuokrakiinteistön naapurimme kaltaisille perheille!

Tässä 5 makuuhuoneen talossa on mielessä perheet ja lomapalvelut! Pieni olohuone kahvia tai keskustelua varten tervehtii sinua, kun kävelet ovessa. Pohjapiirros avautuu oleskelutilaan, jossa on viihtyisä sohva elokuvien katselemiseen ja ruokailutila aterian jakamiseen. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset aterian valmistamiseksi yhdessä. Yläkerrassa on 4 makuuhuonetta ja pesutupa. Siellä on pääsviitti, jossa parisänky ja kävellä kaappiin, jossa on pinnasänky (niille, joilla on vauva). Kahdessa muussa makuuhuoneessa on queen beds ja neljäs huoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta. Pesutupa sijaitsee kätevästi ylemmällä tasolla! Siinä on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä taittoalue!

Valmiissa kellarissa on tilaa hauskaa! Futon- ja papupussit, iso näyttö-tv, Xbox 360 ja monipuolinen pelipöytä on paikka, jolla pääset peliin! Vietä tunteja yhdessä tai lähetä lapset huolettomalle leikkialueelle! Kellarissa on myös viides makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode! Takapiha on aidattu ja siinä on laajennettu patio, jossa grillata ja istua viihtyisillä huonekaluilla ottaen samalla Coloradon auringonpaistetta!

Tämä talo on kävelymatkan päässä pienestä naapuruston puistosta, huoltoasemalta, Backyard-baarista ja grillistä sekä muista pienistä kaupoista ja ravintoloista. . Se sijaitsee kätevästi mailin päässä valtioiden väliseltä alueelta (1-25). Monumentti on viehättävä pieni kaupunki, jossa on useita pieniä kauppoja ja ruokailupaikkoja, kahviloita ja pääsy Santa Fe -polkuun. Colorado Springs on vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Tämä talo on juuri rakennettu ja on puhdas ja aivan uusi! Lisää päivitettyjä kuvia tulee pian ... emme halunneet, että kukaan menettäisi tilaisuutta oleskella tässä kauniissa upouudessa kodissa!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Santa Fe Open Space. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Colorado wedding

Check in and communication with Host was super easy. Beautiful House with well stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean and inviting. Plenty of games and toys for the children, and plenty of space for the adults to play card and board games.Absolutely Loved the accommodations and would definitely stay here again !!!

Our whole family was incredibly impressed with this home! They were so hospitable with all the generous resources that were there at the home. They weren't even there, but it felt inviting and loving the moment we walked in. By far the best rental we've ever stayed in.

South Carolinians in Monument

Meghan's beautiful house was perfect for our family. There were 9 of us who fit perfectly in the 5 bedrooms. It was a very nice 4-night visit to Colorado, thanks to our stay in Meghan's house! Meghan relieved our stress by offering extra time in the house because of the blizzard. We WERE able to get to the airport, but she was so sweet and hospitable to us. I don't know when we will get to the Colorado Springs area again, but we would definitely stay with Meghan again!!!! Her house was supplied with everything we needed, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We did quite a bit of traveling around the area, and it was nice that the house is so close to I-25, convenient to reach all the nearby towns... like Colorado Springs, Peyton, Castle Rock, and Denver.

We were in town for a wedding in Palmer Lake. This house was a great location, close to the highway and easy to travel to/from. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Great communication and wonderful to work with!

Fabulous House!!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. The location was perfect!! The house had every amenity needed to make meals for family. We loved grilling out and having dinner on the beautiful patio. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and our young adult children enjoyed the basement area to watch tv away from the adults. This was the best house we’ve stayed in by far. Our whole family said it’s a 5 star house.

Perfect house perfect location

The House was just as described and the pictures were dead in! It was PERFECT for our family who were attending our daughters wedding. Thanksgiving 2023

This is a great house with plenty of space for a large family and friends. We were a party of 8 with one person visiting from Denver. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in a fully equipped kitchen and we watched a lot of football. The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!

Fantastic Home close to USAFA

Our family of 7, mostly teens and young adults, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. Location was convenient to USAFA which was helpful as we made several trips back and forth. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was a breeze and owners were responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Experience!

A group of extended family members from Wisconsin stayed here for a family wedding. This was the perfect home for us and our needs. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The location was great! A simple drive for sightseeing and an easy walk to gas station and some restaurants. Megan was excellent to work with and checked in via text to see if everything was ok. The house is beautiful and clean and worked well for us!

Fit our needs.

Needed a place to stay in town for friends and family in town for a wedding. Communication with owners was excellent, place was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Maybe a few less pillows on the bed would be only comment, but thats my personal opinion.
