The hotel is dirty and rundown. There's only one washer and dryer and the dryer was broken so it was impossible to do laundry. The elevator was broken too. This hotel gets a lot of action, crowded with large families and children so this facility could use a facelift.

This Hampton Inn is on the East side of Colorado Springs, but worth it if you are out that way. It was a very clean and fresh room and the bathroom was great! The staff was wonderful and it was very easy to check in. The parking lot can get a little tight, but not bad. Also, there are several places to eat within walking distance in the strip mall area and across the street. Highly recommended.
