Puistomaisessa ympäristössä, makaavat yksinäinen bluffi puolella umpikujaan, tämä kaunis rauhallinen päätason asunto koti ei saa hukata. Suuri näkymä Pikes Peak, lähellä kaikkia palveluja, keskeisellä paikalla.
Keskusta - 10 minuuttia, lentokenttä - 15 minuuttia, Ilmasotakoulu - 12 minuuttia.
Et koskaan tiedä, että olet oleskelevat keskellä kaupunkia, koska se tuntuu maa elää tässä naapurustossa. Koti-oleskelutila, joka sijaitsee puiden reunustamilla bluffereilla, antaa yksityisyyteen ja rauhalliseen hiljaisuuteen, vaikka usein vierailemme usein hirvieläimillä.

The host was wonderful and accommodating and was easily able to contact. She provided a list of things to do and places to eat as well in case you weren’t sure or didn’t know where to start. The driveway was a bit difficult for large or low vehicles as it was steep and tight. The beds were hard so if you like your mattresses soft, then maybe bring a topper or extra blankets. She provided towels in the bathroom, extra blankets and plenty of closet and drawer space in both rooms. There was no stove in the kitchenette, but there was a plug in one in a cabinet. It was centrally located so it didn’t feel like we had to drive too far to get anywhere, which was nice. I would stay here again!

Adorable stay

Great location! The owner Linda was very friendly. She had everything you could need there, plus more. Upon arrival she had a cute gift basket there waiting. Which was a nice surprise after traveling all day. The house was nicely decorated for the holiday. Close to the garden of gods.. beautiful scenery right out the window.. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Experience!

Staying at this property was a unique & unforgettable experience! We were fortunate to meet our delightful hostess upon arrival! She was by far the most responsive hostess who ensured we had everything we needed. The house was cozy, well setup, clean and stocked with all the items you need in kitchen, bathroom & laundry. There were welcome goodies & laminated instruction cards for everything. Check-in was very easy. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a neighborhood up on a bluff. The very large window in the living room has an awesome view of the front range including Pikes Peak. Seeing the sky light up with color for sunrise and sunsets was such a delight! The location was perfect! It is convenient to amenities and shopping however you feel as if you are away from everything. The home is surrounded by beautiful trees & deer roamed the neighborhood in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again! We look forward to it!

Close to everything!

Linda has a beautiful home. She is lovely, the house is clean and close to everything. No stove, but there are cooking devices available. She left some snacks and water which was a nice surprise.

The little things:

The owner thought of everything: Soup, Condiments, Treats, Coffee supplies, & everything else that nickel and dimes you to death. The owners' efforts made my stay very relaxing as I didn't have to think of the million small things. The small things add up and they matter! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Great Memories Made

My husband, sister-in-law and I loved our trip to Colorado. Our stay at Linda’s was excellent in every way. The location was perfect! The apartment was cozy with plenty of room to enjoy our stay. Great location. Clean. No A/C in the summer. It was Hot. Host had plenty of fans. It’s perfect if you plan on eating out, not much of a kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful house

Loved our 5 day stay here, Linda had a welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived and she even made a point to say hi to us once during our stay. The house was beautiful and at a very good location close yet far from the main town, we saw deer in our yard. Though we didn’t cook, there was everything we would need if we chose to. We would definitely go there again!! It was our first time staying at a Vrbo and it couldn’t have gone any better!!

Mother/son adventure

My teenage son and I took an 800 mile road trip to Colorado Springs to enjoy the many sites. Our stay was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood and Linda was a great host. Very helpful. She has everything needed for an effortless stay. Off street parking, safe and secure neighborhood, kitchenette has everything needed for easy meals. Linda was also available for questions and help with anything we needed.

Warm and cosy and so inviting. Beautifully decorated with so many lovely little touches that make you feel so at home. Such a sense of peace in this home. Amazing Rental

This rental is amazing, it’s cute and in a perfect location most everything is within 10-15 minutes. Palmer park is not to far and has amazing views. The big windows in the living area have a beautiful view of pikes peak and is beautiful!! The homeowner is amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She is very responsive when you message her! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Cozy & Chill

Linda's place is wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay again. I have allergies & chemical sensitivities. Her place is over the top clean. She uses fragrance free products for laundry and cleaning, which I really appreciated. It snowed 3 inches during our stay which was beautiful! Linda was out shoveling both during the snow and right away in the morning to make sure the driveway and sidewalks were safe for us. Linda was quick to respond to communication. She lives above the property; however, our space was quiet & private. We had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Would have loved to stay longer. I hope her home is available the next time we are in town.
