Huntington House on 5000 neliömetrin kaunis tilava koti, joka sijaitsee vain yhden mailin päässä USAFA: n pohjoisesta portista, rauhallisella alueella. Tämä koti mahtuu helposti suuriin perhejuhliin ja nukkuu mukavasti yli 15-vuotiaita aikuisia. Katso lisätietoja makuuhuonekuvauksista. Lisäksi on muistivaahto, vedä vuodesohva, sänky, kuningatar ilmapatja, taapero, sänky ja lasten leikkipaikka. Kerro meille, jos sinulla on kysyttävää.

Tässä kodissa on hyvin varustettu tilava keittiö ja iso ruokasalipöytä. Tilava olohuone sopii erinomaisesti suuriin tapaamisiin. Aivan keittiöstä on iso aurinkoinen kansi, josta on upeat näkymät vuorille.

Olohuoneen vieressä on pelihuone, jossa on pelejä ja kirjoja, sekä puoli kylpy. Pääkerroksessa on ylellinen makuuhuone, jossa on oleskelualue ja TV. Yksityinen päällikkökylpy tarjoaa poreallas ja kävelymatkan suihkussa sekä hänen ja hänen pesuallas- / turhamaisuusalueensa.

Kaksi ylempää makuuhuonetta jakavat täyden kylpyammeen, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa wc. Yksi ylemmästä makuuhuoneesta on Queen-sviitti, jossa on queen-vuode ja parivuode, jossa on ponnahdusikkuna, joka voidaan tehdä king-size-vuodeksi tai käyttää kahdella kaksosena. Queen Family -sviitissä on sänky, jossa pinnasänky ja leikkipaikka. Se on myös ovi suoraan kylpyhuoneeseen. Aivan vieressä, ullakkohuoneessa on toinen parivuode; TV VHS-kirjastolla, leluja, pelejä ja kirjoja lapsille. Toisessa ylähuoneessa 'Double Queen -huoneessa' on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja iso vaatehuone. Pesutupa sijaitsee tämän portaiden yläosassa olevan makuuhuoneen vieressä.

Tämän kodin alempi kävelymatka on tilava ja sillä on useita alueita aktiviteettien nauttimiseen. Siellä on mukava osittainen oleskelualue elokuvien tai uusimpien TV-ohjelmien katselua varten. Siellä on DVD-kirjasto sekä Comcast / Xfinity -käyttö. Pelissä, korteissa tai palapeleissä on kaksi pelipöytää; samoin kuin biljardipöytä, kaasutakka ja täysi kylpyamme.

Alemmalla tasolla on neljäs makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode, kerrossänky, kävelykaapissa, jossa on pinnasänky, joka voidaan kiertää makuuhuoneeseen, ja TV.

Great Home for Families!

Home was great for Family Thanksgiving. We have 8 adults and 3 children and everyone was comfortable. Basement was great for hanging out, playing pool and cards.

Great place for Parent’s Weekend

Plenty of space to spread out, beautiful back deck, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. Proximity to USAFA was excellent.

Family Get Together

The property was in a good location for us, just off I-25. Plenty of space for the 12 family members with room to spare. Listing initially listed a Hot Tub which turned out to be incorrect. Owner was very apologetic and wasn’t a huge deal to us. There were very high afternoon temperatures while we were there and a/c did have some trouble keeping up. Overall the space worked well for us.

Nice home and location

The property was exactly as it showed. Highly recommend for a family or group. Nice location, easy to get to local attractions. Host was responsive and helpful. A mule deer walked up while we sitting on the deck and layed down on the shade and stayed there for hours.

Nice place for several families

Great space for our 4 families totaling 8 adults and 3 kids. Only one bathroom upstairs for two bedrooms-one with 2 queen beds, and one queen with a trundle bed. All 11 fit around the dining table-plenty of chairs and 2 benches. Plenty of dishes too. Home is older and a little dated. Pool table shows definite signs of wear and not very well lighted-a disappointment as our family enjoys playing pool. Or two year old granddaughter enjoyed the play kitchen. Enjoyed the pretty potted flowers on the back deck with a good amount of chairs for hanging out. Host responded in a timely manner when I had questions.

Comfortable stay for a large group

I rented this home for my visiting family members. The house was large and provided a comfortable space for the family to gather for the weekend. There was a minor issue with a light that didn't work, which the owner addressed immediately. Great communication before and during the stay.

Great House for lots of people

We attended a family wedding and it was great to have a few generations staying at the House. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens, towels, etc. The kitchen was fabulous with enough dishes for over 20 people! Also, a generous supply of spices and condiments. What a pleasant surprise. Plenty of parking space for all cars, and great location. Easy to access from I-25 and easy access to shops, restaurants and stores.

The house worked great for our family reunion. Great hot water access and water pressure for a large group and multiple showers in the mornings. The only minor complaints were dirty BBQ, dirty waffle iron, and quite a few weeds in the yard. Other than that the house worked really well for our large group. Thank you!

Family Adventure

Family wedding

We had planned our wedding at Garden of the Gods with 16 guests total. A day before arriving , our friends house pipes froze, so we needed a plan B. That’s when we found this gorgeous home; Rebecca sped up the process to get us in. She had everything we needed and more! Even with 16 people the home was very spacious and entertaining. It is a home that appeals to all ages; we had young children, young adults, and senior citizens. Rebecca quickly replied to any questions or concerns. Another plus was that this home is right outside of Colorado Springs, which was quiet, but close enough to many stores. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Black Forest House (NOT)

The pictures were misleading. This property is not in Black Forest. It is in a coldasac in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed our stay however, there were some things that are in need of fixing. The downstairs walk out door is rotted around the bottom and right side of the door is about to fall out. The 2nd floor bath toilet does not flush right. The vanity plug ins in the master bath were not working because the GFI tripped. When we tried to re set it which was in the laundry room on the 2nd floor we found that it too was broken. The dryer hose is not attached and lets all the heat from the dryer vent into the laundry room. There were a couple of other items that were broken which we made the hostess aware of. They said they were not aware of the issues?? How can you be a property host and not take care of a house like this one??? Lesson learned - ask for more recent pictures and read all reviews before booking any property.

Close to USAFA

We had a great time staying in Gleneagle. Location was convenient. House was well equipped and had tons of space for kids to play. Quiet neighborhood. Yard was smaller than the pictures due to a new house being built behind. Overall was a nice stay and for 3 families easily.

Family Get-A-Way
