This is tiny house living, totally redefined. This 550 sq ft Sunshine Studio boasts grandiose high ceilings, giving the space that big, open feel. The main bedroom has a queen bed & TV.

A fun loft above the kitchen is equipped with 2 cozy, Mellow Brand twin mattresses. The living room couch transforms easily into a full bed. This little piece of Sunshine above the city is the perfect oasis to retreat to after exploring Colorado.

Amazing Host!

Our only issue was a Vrbo issue which was settled easily because the host was so easy to talk to and work with! The property was perfect for our quick visit!

We had a great time staying at the property, very clean and easy to check in and out. Quiet safe neighborhood. Property manager answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. Could advertise better details about where the property is exactly/directions/photos of door etc… other than that great place to stay!!

Is attached to a house garage, it’s not used much but sometimes they do open the garage quite early other then that no noise was heard, our part of the property was nice, liked the location

cute little place

This listing was absolutely accurate to the pictures. It was easily accessible to the attractions around Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Tried to contact the property manager and received no response at all. That was the only downfall.

Great hidden Gem

This property was close to all and extremely clean as it appears to be rather new. The kids loved the loft above the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely space

This was a charming little space with a great location. Easy access to Manitou Springs, Old Town and Garden of the Gods. Andria was a great host and quick to communicate. We greatly appreciated that they accepted dogs. This space does have a shared wall with the larger home but was super private and minimal noise could be heard just in the loft space. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was very well stocked with utensils/pots/toaster etc. Would definitely stay here again for the easy access to Manitou Springs.

Back house

Back house at back of property. Very new, clean and fun! Easy access, smart tvs, lofts and brightly lit. I would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly with easy access to pet friendly park at the end of the cul de sac. Made it easy for us to walk our dogs so they didn't have to go on the property unless absolutely necessary. Little parking area for the VRBO with a sign was helpful! Dishwasher and washing machine was super convenient!
