When we arrived, we stood in the lobby for well over half an hour waiting to be checked in. There were 2 staff members but only one checking in. The door to our room stuck so bad that I had to ram it with my shoulder to get it open. I thought it was locked until we told an employee and he casually did the same thing as if it were normal. There were stains on the inside of the sheets. The shower water pressure was absolutely terrible. Trying to wash your hair was like trying to wash it standing outside in a light sprinkle. The breakfast in the morning was pretty sparse. The only things they had were waffles, juice, cereal, and some VERY dry biscuits and gravy.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and paid for the reservation through expedia. Upon check in they took a deposit of $59.80 and it's been a week and I still haven't gotten it back. When will I get it back?

Horrible smell of pee inside the room. Dirty stained, torn carpets. Dirty filthy sofa and broken furniture. Walls had gouches and stains. Shady People were outside the property. We could not bare to stay even 10 minutes in the room. Complaint about it to the front desk. They refunded all the charges. Had to find another hotel. I could not select zero star about the property condition. Had to select single star.

The shower in my unit didn’t work which is not a good thing when you have been traveling all day wanting a hot shower. The maids gave me a very disinterested look. Breakfast was all but gone by 8:30. Not coming back

I didn't actually stay. My room wasn't cleaned very well and they didn't have another to switch me to so they immediately apologized and granted a full refund. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. I had to get my keys reprogrammed four times, and the door was stuck and we couldn’t open it. There was a door in the room that let to a dirty utility room, that door was opened when we went into our room. The linens were cleaned but they were old. We were not informed that our room would not be claimed unless we submitted a form. The TV channels were unavailable. The chairs in the room were very old and so was the carpet. The only positive thing about the hotel was Bobby from the breakfast area.

Wybdhan should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place. The rug in the room was disgustingly dirty. One of the two towels in the bathroom for a shower was dirty. I almost left thinking it would be better to sleep on the floor in the airport. I don’t believe this place had any improvements since 1970

Atleast the mattress was comfortable!

The sheets were stained all the way down to the mattress protector. There were whiskers all over the sink and the hair dryer. The outlet wasn’t covered. The towels looked as if someone rubbed Cheeto covered fingers on them. And we saw a drug deal going down outside of our window.

The staff was extremely accommodating. Definitely the best part of this lodge. The bed was comfortable. The clientele was sketchy as would be expected from a hotel at this price point the room was in very bad condition. If you are looking for a very inexpensive place to stay and font plan on going out at night, it's likely ok

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PROPERTY. Plans for my original stay elsewhere fell through on short notice , so I had to find a place for me and my 18 month old son to stay while visiting my sick grandmother m. As soon as I pulled up after booking I automatically regretted this decision. Due to the nature of my visit (this wasn’t a trip for luxury, this is possibly the last time I will see my grandma and I wanted her to see my son one more time) I am not in a position to spend an arm and a leg on a hotel since I just purchased plane tickets and rented a car last minute to get up here; I honestly thought that because it was the same price point as say the Extended Stay and the like, we would be ok. I did my best to even overlook the crowd that was hanging outside of the main lobby and others talking to people through the windows of the hotel and just wanted to get to a clean room. I booked our stay 3 nights, after night one both my infant and myself got bitten completely by BED BUGS. I immediately checked out the next morning and had to find some place else to stay for me and my son. This disgusting and careless property won’t even refund me the 2 nights I didn’t stay , and when I brought it to their attention at checkout , there was no apology, extension of another room ( I wouldn’t have taken it anyway etc) or anything, they just wrote my room number down and weren’t surprised or disgusted , like this had happened before. DO NOT STAY HERE
