Having stayed at HIE S over the years, we have expectations as we are paying $300 a night. 1. Our room after the first night of three, was never cleaned, e.g., night 2 beds were made 2. Night 3 room was never visited; everything exactly as we left in morning. Especially annoying in that we were driving an hour each way to attend Masters Tournament 3.
