Their breakfast was subpar. They made sausage gravy out of cream of mushroom soup n sausage mixed in. Served reconstituted eggs with no flavor. Not used to being robbed. Will not be going there again bc btwn the beds that were impossibly tall and hard to get into and uncomfortable I didn't appreciate being charged twice for my room.

I think the hotel is absolutely beautiful! Love the design. The staff were very friendly and passionate about taking care of their guests. My only issue was moving twice from a maintenance issue and missing chair but it took 3 moves with no compensation or upgrade. Most importantly was cleanliness and I gave that a 2 star. The toilet was not cleaned, the showers were not cleaned properly with built up in corners, floors were not throughly cleaned. But the professionalism demonstrated by the hotel staff was exceptional.

The staff is amazing. The breakfast was good. The workout room was clean. The overall cleanliness could have been better. The stairwell needed vacuuming and the food area floor was dirty. I noticed pink mold in our bathroom close to the shower. I did tell them . The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

My one complain is that the shower head was faced towards the wall but our stay there was enjoyable! The staff there were so awesome. The friendliest service ever. I will definitely be staying there again.

Power went out when we turned on the blow dryer, had to get ready in the dark bc no one was at the front desk, room service only took dirty towels, didn’t leave clean ones, clean the room or make the bed. DIRTY and run down. They should call it “roach motel”

The front desk staff was not too personable. The process to check in was rushed and not a pleasant one to say the least with no room service or cleaners daily. The rooms were decent. Was not fond of the configuration with the sink being outside of the bathroom/toileting area, but we made it work. The WiFi and TV channel options were not that good at all! Amenities were scarce. Convenience Store was overpriced and the Free Breakfast was simply ok. Wouldn’t book here in the future.
