Our Tru experience was top notch! We had a great stay - the customer service was excellent, the breakfast was scrumptious, and the beds were comfortable! The hotel was overall clean, convenient and quite cozy.

Very friendly staff and area. We come for the Stevie Nicks concert at Colonial Life Arena. Every place we stopped people were very friendly. The Hilton we stayed at was very clean!!! Great staff!! Great breakfast!!! Highly recommend!!!!

The room was very small and humid. The pillows were not comfortable. The neighborhood was not as secure as I was hoping. The breakfast was fair, with the pancake maker broken. We left a day early and stayed at Fairfield downtown for about the same price and MUCH nicer

We stayed on November 17th at Tru by Hilton and were scheduled for a 2nd night on the 18th. The fan on the HEAT/AC was nonstop in our room. My wife tried to turn the blower by cutting it off but it stayed on the entire night, whether it was cooling or warming or just blowing air. We were both miserable and slept very little. I talked with the desk clerk the next morning and he told me that the fan had to stay on all the time. The maintenance man told me later that he could override the fan but we were miserable My wife and I decided to go ahead and check out after one sleepless night at Tru by Hilton Greystone. I asked the clerk for a refund for the 2nd night and was told I would have to go through Expedia about cancelling on the 18th and getting a refund. My wife and I checked out in search of another hotel. I am asking for a full refund from Expedia.
