Never Again!

Reviews and pictures "Did Not match" room conditions. Hallway and room smelled of bleach so maybe it was clean but the condition of the mattress and the yellow staining on the mattress was over the top. Sofa/loveseat cushions so thin you sat on wire frame for the pullout bed. The toilet would not flush. We occupied the room less than 20 minutes and drove 20 miles to another Hotel.

The floor was wet from tub leak and the tub had a hole in the tub floor that was covered by a mat. The tub condition was also in the second room I reserved and there was a roach in that room.

Standards for rooms now a days have gone down hill. At check in we were told he needed to make sure that our room had been cleaned. This was at 4 pm mind you check in is at 2. He stated that yes it had been cleaned. Our room was not clean. The bathroom floor was sticky, the tub hadn't been cleaned and there was hair in the floor. No klennex in container or handsoap in bathroom. This was just one area of the room. No working phone to reach front desk or outside hotel. We will NOT ever return to this property. You should be able to feel just as comfortable staying at a hotel as you do in your home.

I booked a double for 2 adults and 2 kids and the manager tried to give a king room instead because someone else needed a double room. Upon entry to the room I noticed the bathroom had black mold growing in the tub. Later that night I saw a few roaches (I have a kid who’s allergic to them). Killed it and told my husband as to which he said we’ll leave tomorrow since kiddos were sleep. That morning the toilet overflowed. Checked out immediately after that. Informed the front desk of the condition of the room and she acted as if it wasn’t a problem. Asked if we would be refunded for the remaining nights we did not and was told yes so now I wait to see if they’ll really refund. She was unable to print a receipt saying we’ve been refunded.
