The walls are extremely thin—bring earplugs. If people are having a conversation in the parking lot or a room across the hall, you'll be able to hear a lot of it. If people are having a conversation in the hallway, you'll be able to hear all of it. If the people in the room beside yours are having an amorous evening, you'll be able to hear all of it too—and if they're banging their headboard on the wall, it's gonna physically shake your bed.
There's no elevator, so if you have physical limitations or heavy things to carry then make sure you get a first floor room.
Staff was very nice and the room was clean. There's no breakfast but there's a Tim Hortons across the street & delivery-only Waffle House across the parking lot.
