We went for a family emergency, the room was non refundable. I have photos of the room and how disgusting it is. It had holes in the walls separating the floors and the walls. There were cob webs all over the ceiling and corners. The refrigerator had food and crumbs from the previous guests. There was black mold on the ceiling by the front door the heat didn’t work the thermostat was set on 86 and it was so cold in our room the drinks froze & we had to go to our car to heat up. When we got to the hospital we were told to never stay in any of the local Days Inn due to unsanitary conditions. I am shocked that this hotel was even supported by Hotels.com. This was not a cheap cost for us. It should be refundable without question. Like I said I have photos.

As soon as i walked into my room bathroom it had feces on the toilet seat that i had to clean off. I tried to take a shower but there were clumps of hair all in the tub so i didnt use it. Overall horrible stay and i will not stay again

No, room was dated. Bathroom fan was noisy. Bathtub was damaged and repaired. Obvious the bathtub was damaged. Breakfast was sub standard. We opted not. Would have better to not have it. The room was clean but very dated. Was more of a motel than a hotel. Perhaps should have advertised as a motel. It was just ok! Staff not friendly.

Arriving at the hotel, I could immediately see this hotel was in need of a "Facelift", even a fresh coat of paint would have improved it! I was staying with various family members so it was too late to change your hotel. Although the bedding was OK, other items, such as towels showed worn. In my particular room the shower/bath diverter did not work, and the painted over bath insert was peeling. My brother was in another room and he said he found some splattering of blood on the bath counter, while friends in another room woke to a nearby guest wretching off the balcony at 2 a.m. I don't think I'd ever stay there again and the best thing I can say about the hotel is good location!

Parking lot in poor condition. Room not clean, such as bedding, floor, walls etc. holes and random damage on the walls. Shower water hard to control and have warm water. Could hear another visitor with a barking dog a lot.
