The receptionist was very arrogant. Someone interrupted my room while I was taking a shower. Apparently, they gave the same room to another person when my stay hadn't expired yet. I better canceled it. They agreed to return part of my money, and to this day, I haven't received anything.

I have never stayed in a motel before but this was not bad. We needed to stay cheap for 2 nights with our dog so this did the trick. The people working the front desk were extremely polite and helpful. The room was cleanish. There was a little bit of trash under the bed and chairs but nothing crazy! The room was small and the layout was odd but it was a pretty safe and quiet stay!

Check in was a breeze. The man in the lobby was wonderful. He upgraded me to a king suite which was very roomy. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress was fine, but the boxspring squeaked every time I moved. Room 149.

Could use a good cleaning amongst bathroom sanitat

The toilet did not have a toilet seat cover. It had dust and cobwebs in the corner. The hotel clerks were very nice. I wouldn't stay two nights.

The worst place to stay. Bed noises and , few minutes start itching diif not know what is going on and unable to sleep and left in the middle of the night. The staff rDid not want me to see the room before confirming the place. Refused refund from the beginning!

Up dated for this kind of property. (Motel) disappointed I could not find a coffee maker in the room. Staff is friendly. Bathroom did smell of urine.

Just say No.

One of the most uncomfortable hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terribly crowded with only enough room to close the door if you stepped into the tub. There were no drawers or cabinets to hold your items, only six hangers and some cubbies. The microwave was possibly the tiniest I have ever seen. The iron was hung so high on the wall that I needed to stand on my tiptoes to reach it. At check in, we were told that housekeeping would happen every three days and it did happen on the third day, however on the sixth day it did not and when we ask about it at the desk the story changed and they told us we needed to request housekeeping. The rooms open onto the sidewalk/parking lot and there were no mats either outside the room or inside to the room floor was always filthy. Just an overall terrible room.

Staff was VERY friendly!! Clean rooms (NO BUGS!!) Very accommodating!! I will definitely stay there again!! They took over for Motel 6, so some improvement was needed, but hardly noticeable!! VERY comfortable bed, roomy fridge. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

Great value, clean rooms, super service

I have stayed at this motel several times. It is in a convenient location in Worthington, Ohio when I visit a friend in Columbus. I am very grateful for a clean and safe motel that offers smoking rooms. The property is very clean inside and out. Rooms are modern and updated. Parking is safe and secure and well lit. Surveillance cameras provide safety and security. Great Wi-Fi throughout the property. Staff is top-notch and friendly. Numerous dining options from inexpensive to gourmet within walking distance.
