This property is new and in good shape. Close to shopping and restaurants at Easton. It was very crowded over the weekend and the staff had trouble keeping up with breakfast. The food was good but they kept running out.

Greeted nicely, checked in fast, but then had to wait 30 minutes at the door of room because the cleaning staff was not done cleaning it. The toilet clogged up if you put toilet paper in it, they had to come plunge, it worked once then broke again. I had to ask for a plunger to be left in the room. In the meantime I had to fish poop and paper out of the toilet, tried to fix it myself because maintenance was gone for the day, and had to go down a flight to use the public if anyone needed to poop. The building looks brand new. Perhaps they're working out the kinks. But it was miserable for us.

Our first morning started off with the breakfast, the fruit was rotten in the bowl, there was no food out and the server was rude. Our front desk person HENRY was amazing and a pleasure. We were eating and noticed the police someone had broken into several cars and tried to break into our rental car. There is NO Security just a car parked to look like someone is there and they broke into several cars the next night. HOME2 SUITES do better with security and food.

Loved this hotel! One of my favorites and we travel alot. Hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Beds and bedding were very comfortable.

The property was clean and brand new. However, our car window was smashed and broken into along with 4-5 other cars overnight. We contacted the front desk but they were very casual about it and didn't offer any help. We had to call the police on our own and drive home 6 hours with a broken window. The cleaning staff helped us with vacuuming the glass out of our car but we never heard from the management staff. We were left to figure it out. Apparently there were similar car break ins the night before but the staff didn't warn us or provide safety precautions such as cameras or police detail. If we knew this beforehand we would not have stayed there and never will again. The management does not protect their guests from having their cars broken into and could care less if it happens. I can't believe they are ignoring this issue because they will lose business. I guess they don't care.
