Immaculate stay. I cant think of a single critique. Every single inquiry was met with friendly and immediate response. Short of having a free masseuse on staff I don't really know how it could have been improved. I am a grouch who is never satisfied because I always nitpick the fringe details, but I'm not exaggerating when I say my only frustration is that I didn't realize the heinekens in the fridge were complimentary so I didnt drink mine ha.
