MAIN FLOOR:
Enter through the black door on the side of the building, where you will walk up a flight of stairs and the apartment is located on the second floor
SECOND FLOOR:
When walking into our beautifully designed apartment, you will be entering our open floor plan kitchen and living area.
To the left when entering is our stylish and clean full bathroom. If you continue through the bathroom and go to the door in the back of it, you will enter our laundry space that includes a brand new washer and dryer to use during your stay.
When walking through the kitchen and then the living area, you will enter the bedroom that has a king sized bed and a closet to store clothing.
PARKING:
Feel free to park anywhere there on Gates or Bruck, that is FREE street parking or pull behind the Red Brick Tap & Grill. If the spots that are not reserved for the restaurant are available, you may park there.","access":"You can access the home anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter with your unique code that is sent 3 days prior to arrival. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

For early checkin or late checkout, please understand there is a $10 per hour cost as long as there is not a same day check in or check out. For late check out we asked that this is communicated the night before 9 pm in order to respectively communicate to our housekeepers. If not, there is a $40 hour charge the next day if there is not a check in. 4. Taxi","notes":"1. NO Parties. Our properties are all residential, so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your own home. ONLY registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Violation of our no-party rule will result in a $500 collection and immediate cancellation of your stay, and police may be contacted and act on our behalf. We take this very serious in order to protect our partners assets and the city laws.

2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, and/or vaping. If you wish to smoke we ask to take it outside. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in $200 fine or collection if necessary. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely.
