Enter from the courtyard into an open kitchen/living room — ideal for cooking while catching up with family or streaming your favorite show. Two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer on the first floor make this the perfect setup for a short or extended stay.

Pets Are Family Here 🐾

We don't just allow pets — we welcome them. Your four-legged guests will find food and water bowls ready to go, waste bags available near the door, a lint roller for quick cleanups, and vet wipes for muddy paws. A framed pet guide is provided with everything you need to know about the neighborhood, including walkable pet-friendly cafes and restaurants, nearby dog parks, local groomers, and the nearest veterinary hospital. We want tails wagging from check-in to checkout.

Please let us know ahead of time if you'll be bringing a pet so we can make sure everything is set up and ready for your arrival!



Guest Access:

Guests will have shared access to the courtyard area. The door is a coded lock.

In the heart of German Village! Full of lively entertainment and dining options and the country’s largest resident theater company. It is further enhanced by (23 acre) Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature trees, a lake, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs. Minutes from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport, 5 Minutes to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, within walking distance to Lots of 4 and 5 Star rated restaurants on Yelp!, a large grocery store. A warm, charming, historical, and walk-able neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)

The Schumacher - Pet Friendly - German Village offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
