You will enter through a fully equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) with a central island. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a garage with a washing machine. On the first floor, there is a mezzanine with a reading nook and armchairs.
