The house gave fantastic accommodation and parking within easy walking distance to all the wonderful amenities of Sainte Marine.The separate playroom was a huge hit with our four grandchildren.

Spacious gite in lovely village

There was lots of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Very well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge. The play room was very popular with the children. Lots of outdoor seating and a barbecue. The beds were not very comfortable and the WiFi did not work. We had a problem with the electrics and also the hot water but the host was quick to respond and get them sorted. Sainte Marine is a delightful village with a charming harbour and lovely beach just ten minutes away by foot. Would we stay there again? Certainly!

Super séjour à Saint Marine

Superbe maison idéalement située au coeur du village à 2 pas du port et des restaurants, très calme, aucune fausse note.Un très beau coin et une maison très agréable et fonctionnelle pour 2 familles avec 6 enfants de tout les âges, la grange avec les jeux est géniale pour les enfants.Je recommande !

Tolles Haus, tolle Gegend!

Wir hatten großartige Ferien hier. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und großzügig möbliert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Haushaltsgeräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Schlafzimmer sind super aufgeteilt, Bäder komfortabel. Besonders ist die Lage des Hauses: Man erreicht alles zu Fuß: Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen, Weinhandlung, Meer, Restaurants. Toll!

Une procédure d'état des lieux de sortie qui a tout gâché

Maison très jolie extérieurement et propre (malgré quelques peintures et mobilier défraîchis). Deux lits doubles sur trois inconfortables. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquants (pas de théière, pas de carafe, seulement 5 verres à pied tous dissemblables...). Carreaux de la table de cuisine cassés et table de jardin pleine de tâches de graisse). Mais c'est surtout la procédure d'état des lieux de sortie imposée par le propriétaire (qui ne nous l'avait pas annoncée préalablement et contraire au contrat de location) qui nous a fortement contrariés. En effet, notre chèque ne nous a pas été rendu à l'issue d'un état des lieux qui ne s'est pas déroulé en notre présence comme cela s'effectue normalement (refus de la prestataire invoquant une règle imposée par le propriétaire) mais en fin de soirée (22:20) par le biais de la photo du chèque de caution déchiré.

Maison très agréable et très bien située. Au centre du bourg et à deux pas du charmant port de Sainte Marine, proche de l'école de voile et des plages. Le Bretagne sous son meilleur jour.

Superbe propriété

Notre hôte s'est montré très attentif à notre bien-être lors de notre séjour, toujours très réactif pour répondre à nos questions éventuelles.Nous avons été accueillis à l'heure convenue par une personne agréable et efficace .La maison est très belle et spacieuse: nous étions 10 , et chacun a pu trouver son espace. L'espace extérieur, joliment fleuri est aussi très agréable. La météo capricieuse nous a fait apprécier la très grande salle de jeu pour nos petits- et les plus grands!

Bel emplacement.

Cour séjour effectué dans cette belle bâtisse. Une belle pièce de vie qui peut accueillir tout le monde. Et un bâtiment à part qui sert de salle de jeux pour les grands et les petits. Emplacement idéal, proche du petit port de Ste Marine avec sentiers côtiers et plages. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très accessible. Nous avons tous été ravis de notre petit séjour.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances Propriétaire très agréable et disponible Maison spacieuse et très centrale, près des commerce, de l'école de voile et 500m de la grande plage. Seul bémol: quelques éléments défectueux (TV, gazinière) ou manquant (Wi-Fi) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir
