Welcome to the VARENNA flat, an elegant two-room apartment located in Como, ideal for those who want a refined and comfortable stay in a convenient area for visiting the city centre and Lake Como.

You will be welcomed by a bright living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, because we think it is correct that you can use the sofa during the hours not dedicated to sleep. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf nearest the sofa). Opposite the sofa is a TV cabinet, while behind it is a round white table that can seat up to four people, perfect for lunches and dinners with friends, but also as a work or study station. A touch of originality is provided by the canvas depicting the village of Varenna, highlighting the beauty of this famous location. The kitchen, modern and white with a wooden countertop, is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and everything you need to cook like at home. The bedroom is comfortable and refined, with a large double bed in dark tones that creates a pleasant contrast with the brightness of the room, provided by a large window. A coat rack and a cabinet with drawers provide ample space for storing clothes.

The modern bathroom is clad in white marble and equipped with all amenities, including a washer/dryer and a spacious shower. The walls are decorated with floral motifs in shades of blue, adding a fresh and original touch.

The flat has a balcony furnished with a small table and a deckchair, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air.

Staying in the Lario Suite flats you are just minutes away from Villa Olmo and its park, and walking along the picturesque promenade you will reach the hangar (where seaplanes depart), the Tempio Voltiano and the Monumento ai Caduti. Stroll along the Diga Foranea (breakwater), reaching the modern artwork 'The Life Electric' by the famous Libeskind! Continue along the lakefront to Viale Geno, its park and villa. At the beginning of Viale Geno is the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch in one of the many restaurants, or continue with a panoramic trek to the Lario mountains, with a break in one of the mountain huts you'll encounter along the way. In just a few minutes you arrive in Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which you can take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat to the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).



How to get there:

By car: From the A9 motorway take the Como - Monte Olimpino exit at the first roundabout take the first exit and continue on Via Bellinzona. At the second roundabout take the second exit. In 4 minutes you will be in front of the flat, which is on the left hand side. By public transport: When you arrive at the Como San Giovanni Station go to the stop Como - S. Ronchetto and take the bus N.1 direction Como-Recchi for 7 stops and get off at the stop Como- Roncate (Villa Aprica). there you will find yourself in front of the flat. Or you can walk to the Como Lago Station, walk to the stop Stazione Lago and take the bus N.7 direction Como- lungolario trento, get off after 10 stops at the stop Como - Ceresio (Bixio). From there in 5 minutes walk you will be in front of the flat.
