The property offers unobstructed sea views, nestled in a 3,500 m² landscaped garden with maquis trees, olive trees, and fruit trees. Perfectly located, the villa faces the sea, only 15 minutes from Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in southern Corsica. All 5 bedrooms have access to 4 bathrooms/showers, and there are 2 separate toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, a large fridge, coffee machine, microwave, spacious cooktop, and modern appliances. A utility room/laundry area adds extra convenience.
