Located on the ground floor of a small, quiet condominium of Les Sables Blancs, a neighborhood very popular with locals for its setting and the tranquility that reigns there, this large T2 will surprise you with its brightness and its opening to the outside.
La Terrasse consists of a beautiful corridor in length, with large wardrobes and subdividing the different living rooms. So, you will find on your left the separate toilets then a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. Then you will find the sleeping area with direct access to the terrace and its sea view.
Finally, the main living room reveals itself. You will find a beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), open to the dining area and the seating area.
The major advantage of this apartment is undeniably its large terrace, you will enjoy good alfresco meals, while admiring the view. You can also rest after your long days of discovery on the deckchairs at your disposal.
