Lady at the front desk that checked us in could’ve cared less if we were there or not she seemed like she hated her job. are room was clean but definitely could’ve been cleaner for example there was what looked like a poop spot on a towel in the bathroom and the duvet definitely hadn’t been cleaned recently. The buffet breakfast was so disappointing eggs were so dry u can tell they came from powder the waffles were so mushy (already prepared not do it yourself) I had to spit them out. I really wish I could say something nice but I won’t stay here again. Hilton what happened to the class very disappointed

A Hotel to avoid!

No room service, had to ask to have tge room serviced, , even then no service. Staff not overly helpful. I had an issue connecting to the wifi, no help from the hotel! No connection fir my stay

Not our best stay here.

The room was fine but the heater didn’t work well. Engineer came and got it to work for a while but it only got the temperature from 64 to 67. We have stayed at this hotel several times and really like it here but not being able to warm the room really affected our comfort.
