Newly remodeled in a peaceful, private and cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the amazing lake and Mountain View’s while fishing, swimming, floating or enjoying the hot tub. 10-15 minutes from anything you would want or need.

Perfect getaway

Even for just a couple days or longer, this location was a dream to stay at. With shopping and eating within reach, this will surely make any vacation or business trip enjoyable. We will return if headed back to the area.

We had a great time. The host quickly got back with me what I had a question. Sitting and watching the water was so relaxing, the hot tub was clean and fun. The fire pit was amazing also. The outside dining was nice to have as well. Privacy was a 10/10.

Great getaway!

The View is an adorable cottage right on Lake Hickory. It was exactly as advertised and the hot tub was terrific since we had cool temps and some rain. I imagine staying there in the summer would be just about perfect!

Cozy cottage

Very clean, cute cabin well stocked with all necessary supplies. Breathtaking view of lake. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Owners were very nice, accommodating people.

Great Stay with a Great View

This place was an amazing getaway. Very relaxing with super relaxing views. Being able to sit on the porch and sip coffee or float in the cove at the lake was all one needs to reset.

The View of the Lake

We had the most wonderful stay at the little green house on the lake. The house had everything we needed and more. All the amenities that you’d want. We cooked and loved eating overlooking the lake, and had all we needed to prepare our meals. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit were enjoyed as well. Fun to wake up and spot the different animals outside, from a bald Eagle, to squirrels and even a few cows. It was truly a relaxing place to stay and I will recommend it again and again.

Beautiful calm views

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. We were in town for a wedding and didn't get to enjoy the property amenities much, but it was quiet and my son loved the hot tub! The photos made the spaces looked larger than reality though, but nothing too distorted. Thanks for a great stay!

Gorgeous Voew!

My girlfriend and I stayed here as a small celebration, and everything about it was perfect. It was quaint and comfortable for is the first night, and when the kids joined us the second night they loved the bunk beds and the view from their corner room. Beautifully decorated, very clean, great communication, overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Nice place to just get away

We were in town for a fishing tourny and this was the perfect little house for us. It was safe and secure and we didn’t have to worry about stuff getting gone out of the boat at night like you do at hotels. Parking is a little tight for a boat but I have plenty of experience backing trailers so it was no problem. House was clean and well kept and the views were great. Would def recommend !
