Not once did housekeeping stop at our room to offer new towels and Kleenex and toilet paper. We had dogs but it would have been nice to have our garbage taken out and at least see if we needed anything. We were there for 4 nights. For the rate we payed we should have had frequent housekeepers checking in.

The room and location were great. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the front desk staff. Apart from one gentleman working the night shift (I can’t remember his name), the rest of the staff were short and a bit unwelcoming. It seemed like an inconvenience every time you asked them for anything. Despite that, the hotel, breakfast, charging stations, etc. were great.

Our blanket had dried blood on it. I notified rhe desk and 2 young ladies working were very nice and apologized. I was told they would credit- night from our bill. My bill was never adjusted. I called 3 times and was told because I booked through Expedia it was tricky to make the adjustment but they would speak to a manager and would call me back. No one has called nor has my bill been adjusted. Like I said, I called 3 times to follow up and have never received a call back.
