O hotel tem uma boa área de entrada, bem localizado e é suficiente para passar poucos dias. Os quartos precisam de manutenção e cuidados. Encontrei detalhes que me fazem pensar em escolher outro hotel, na próxima vez. - Mofo nos cantos do quarto: - Box do banheiro solto: - Controle remoto quebrado: - Assento do vaso sanitário quebrado; - Roupa de cama aparentemente suja (prefiro acreditar que não foi reutilizada); - Funcionários não souberam dar orientações da cidade (talvez porque não seja um hotel com foco turístico). De pontos positivos, o ambiente é agradável, o quarto é simples mas é o suficiente pra quem busca praticidade. O hotel, apesar do caos na avenida durante a note, transmite segurança ao hóspede.

Ficamos hospedados no 9 andar, andar mais elevado a fim de não sermos incomodados com nenhum tipo de barulho, mas infelizmente fomos surpreendidos da pior forma com um barulho que durou pouco mais de 1 hora incessantemente, as 7:10 da manhã de um sábado. Liguei algumas vezes para a recepção e nada foi resolvido, tive que abrir a porta do quarto por duas vezes para literalmente brigar para que respeitassem. Pois o barulho era insuportável e estava de frente para o nosso quarto, visto que pelo que percebi, ocorreria um evento no quarto/sala ao lado do nosso quarto, e começaram a mexer com balões e estruturas para esse evento as 7:10 da manhã. Inaceitável, e completamente desrespeitoso. O hotel nada fez, e não conseguimos mais dormir após isso. Pior experiência possível. Lençóis e roupa de cama de ruim qualidade também, não eram presos ao colchão o que saía toda hora e nos fazia ter contato direto com o colchão.

Foi uma estadia curta, de apenas uma noite, mas podemos dizer que foi satisfatória. O quarto bom e cama boa. Comida no jantar bem feita e gostosa. Café da manhã muito bom.

Este hotel é bem localizado e tem café da manha muito bom, um bom restaurante. O maior problema a meu ver é o ruído externo que atrapalha muito para dormir, pois o hotel não tem nenhum isolamento acústico. Outro problema e o tamanho do box que é minúsculo.
