Room with balcony was great. Cushions for outdoor chairs was good. Housekeeping wach day great. Staff all lovely. Spa was nice however as a guest you shoukd be able to use whenever you like.

The spa was a bit busy but ok. The staff were great, the atmosphere was courteous friendly and professional. Get a room with a door opening on to the estuary if you can. We are going there again.

The Spa, although small had good facilities including a himalayan slat room, foot spa and pool with jacuzzi. The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi could be warmer. One of the taps in the Port view rooms was clearly broken and the shower door did not close fully. Attention to detail to fix these issues is needed for the price paid. Otherwise this is a relaxing and comfortable hotel with friendly staff who provided a good service.

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean rooms, classy feel, comfy bed and great spa facilities. However the one let down of the room is the shower, it was outdated, loose and not great for someone over 6 foot
