The property is an extended stay motel. The lobby area had an unpleasant odor, which i brought to the attention of the African American receptionist. he responded defensively attributing the smell to a customer. While attempting to cancel my reservation in the lobby, I observed customers carrying soiled linens to the reception area and utilizing the luggage carts transport groceries. Furthermore, the exterior environment felt unsafe. However, the Caucasian staff member was very nice. I advised her that I was unaware the motel was an expended stay and she assisted me with the cancellation process. She was courteous and understanding.

The second floor needs to be spray the whole floor. This was my second room, I ask to be moved cause seen roaches. And even in the second room seen some roaches. We will be leaving this week.
