Amenities include washer/dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, and 3 smart TVs for use with your own accounts such as Netflix. Towels, bedding, and toiletries included. Enjoy long days on a private beach with full backyard and fireplace, perfect for roasting hot dogs or making s'mores. Private dock which can accommodate 2 boats. Just a short walk from the Leonard Paul store in Coolin and nature in every direction. Enjoyable year-round with a cozy wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and beautiful unobstructed views of Priest Lake and the Selkirk Mountains. Strict 8-person max capacity and neighborhood quiet hours at 9 PM.

Stayed for a week with our family. Was great location close to Coolin. Awesome set up for little kids with a low bank, shallow water, and dock. Enjoyed the big lawn and outdoor seating spots. The house itself was comfortable and well maintained. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful house and location

The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for my husband and me with our three children. Can’t beat the views from the dock and the sandy shoreline. It was fabulous to have the hot tub and fire pit to relax at the end of the busy lake days. Hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. We definitely will be back!
