My recent stay at Scandic was marked by consistently high service quality across all touchpoints. The front desk team delivered an super welcome experience: efficient check-in, proactive guidance, and a warm, solution-oriented attitude that set the tone for the stay - british lady - lovely. The bar personnel added a genuinely personal layer to the experience. Their product knowledge, attention to detail, and friendly approach created a relaxed atmosphere that encouraged guests to stay longer. Service was prompt for the hole group, without feeling rushed, and the team struck a strong balance between casual hospitality and operational discipline. The relax area was another highlight. Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for downtime, it provided a quiet counterweight to a busy workday. The surrounding area of Copenhagen further enhances the experience. We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again.
