This location is perfect for outdoor activities like white water rafting on the Ocoee River or exploring nearby hiking trails. There is also great shopping and dining just 5 miles away in the twin cities of Copperhill, TN and McCaysville, GA.

This is a private basement room with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle. No kitchen. No washer/dryer. Private bathroom. Loveseat and coffee table. Comfortable memory foam queen bed. WiFi and Roku TV. Window A/C. Electric heater.

We are pet friendly and there is a private fenced in yard for your furry friend to play. The back side of the house is fully private and only you and your pets will have access to the fenced in yard. Pets stay for free, but please let us know if you will have a pet by either adding them to the booking or sending a message.

My husband and I live upstairs, but we like to give our guests privacy. You may see us outside doing yard work during the summer.

You will park next to the garage in front of the house and walk around to the back of the house to the fenced yard and private entrance. Parts of the pathway are in the grass and slightly downhill.
