Room was clean, had expected tolitries, breakfast was good. Adjacent to interstate so some road noise but didn’t bother me and did not really notice it. Cannot beat the price. I believe it was built in 2025.

The good: (1) everything - facility, room, dining area - was clean. (2) The dining area's coffee service - standard throughout IHG it seems - was above general hotel standard ... thanks! The bad: that breakfast was pretty basic.

Brand new hotel. No hot water for morning shower, even after letting the water run for 10 minutes. Some people reported that they did have hot water, but others did not. Breakfast items were very slow to appear after the start of breakfast time. Lots of issues to work out, it seems.

Terrible experience,I had a booking through the hotels app ,on arrival to the site I was told they had no rooms so my booking was cancelled,I called the hotels app people for my refund they said they’re talking to avid hotel manager for my refund,it has been a week now I have received my refund.Today I received an email from the hotels app people saying they can’t refund my money back.I called avid hotel they said I should talk to hotels people.Don’t book this hotel or use the hotels app,they’re scamming people.on the website it shows rooms are available when you get to the hotel after online booking ,they change and say they’re full .

The major issue was the noise of the surrounding highway could be heard from the room. Staff said this is a known complaint by many customers and wouldn't move me into another room. If the hotel was open since May 2025 and the noise is a constant complaint, this hotel did nothing to accommodate guests that find out about this issue after they've checked in. THIS HOTEL IS NOT ACCOMMODATING to their guests for a restful stay. This is a serious safety issue resulting in DEATH, especially for long distance travelers and road trippers. Also the shower area was leaking water...and my whole bathroom floor flooded. ANOTHER SAFETY ISSUE! I've asked for a refund and there has been no reply for two days now.
