The hotel was booked the day before coming for a quick family getaway. I called to make sure the hot tub was working before booking. We get there (less than 24 hours later) and it’s out of order. Front desk was apologetic but “nothing she could do.” Kids were so disappointed.

We took our two grandsons for a stay and chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub. I even called the evening before, 12/29, to make sure it was working - the man who answered said it was so I did not cancel ( I was going to cancel if not working). Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was a Sign that said the hot tub was out of order. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the hot tub for our grandsons. The gal at the front desk on 12/30 was very kind, tried to get maintenance to help but they were unable. She offered a refund on room but could not since we booked through Expedia. She said to work through you and call them as they would refund room. Please help - this negatively impacted the fun night we had planned for two little boys.
