Family Villa Ami - private minigolf, outdoors gym, heated pool - 2min from beach

Villa Ami was built in 2023 with the intention of being the perfect family getaway. Kids and adults have their own private minigolf course, an outdoors gyms, a pool table and plenty of extra space to run around. The heated pool can be fenced off at any moment and indoor stairs are equipped with safety gates. The Villa is located 150m from the sandy Roda beach which has extremely shallow waters for the first 25m making it ideal for kids to play.

Villa Amie accommodates up to 10 guests on it's own and is built right across the creek from our second Villa Jolie that also accommodates up to 11 guests offering a private tennis court, pool, heated Jacuzzi, Sauna and indoor gym room. Villa Jolie is accessible via a beautiful walking bridge (fully fenced and secured) while both Villas are surrounded by tall cypress trees providing full privacy.

The layout of Villa Amie is all on a single level (except for the loft bedroom), where every space of the house opens to the pool. The house is fitted with 6 large gliding window to create a sense of openness, spaciousness and comfort. The large outdoor sitting area, located right by the living room has also been equipped with a large BBQ for those wholesome summer family evenings.

The Village of Roda (3min walk) has plenty to offer. Great restaurants (Greek, Indian, Mexican, Italian), a local butcher and bakery, beach bars right on the shore, souvenir shops, 2 mini markets, a gym and also a medical centre. All accessible at walking distance!

This is a wonderful choice for a family with children! The hosts are very accommodating and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was going well. The pool can be heated so even in cooler weather it can be used. We were in ‘shoulder’ season so many local restaurants were just beginning to open, but there were still plenty of options, and it was nice not having to negotiate crowds. We enjoyed Faros, Crazy Forks and the Pump House. There is a market close by so you can choose to prepare meals there in the well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful outdoor dining area with a large charcoal grill and wood-fired pizza oven. In summary, we loved it!

Great check in and transport sorted by the owners for our transferfrom the Airport to the villa . Kitchen facilities were great in the big villa , but could have done with a toaster in the annex. Also could have done with some lights out side where the table and chairs were . And over the pool table at night .which was broke when we got there . But the owners did get a lovely man to try and mend it . It was a bit better after he had tried to mend it . Overall its a lovely place to stay and the owners are always on hand to help .The pool was lovely and the pool man kept it in perfect condition. The villa is in an ideal place for the beach and restaurants. Only a short walk . All the family loved it

Villa Ami July 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ami! Our group consisted of two families with 5 children aged between 8 - 12. The villa is 10/10 location, 10/10 cleanliness/facilities and an all-around 10/10 experience. It occupies a lovely spot with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk, the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Alex and George were so friendly and warm and Andrea is a true gem! We felt so welcomed and looked after during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they all helped ensure everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more. The villa is beautifully maintained and we would absolutely recommend and give the whole experience 10/10. We definitely hope to come back in the not too distant future!

Amazing villa

Amazing villa, everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, daily house keeper was brilliant. George and Alex the hosts were very friendly and very helpful. We stayed with small children and teenagers and everyone loved the Villa . I would highly recommend this villa it is in a great location in a lovely town.hopefully we will be back

Beautiful new Villa

Brand new villa, with amazing attention to detail. This villa really made us feel at home. Hosts are super helpful with recommendations for both food and beaches. When we arrived there was a welcome basket - a thoughtful gesture that everyone appreciated after a long trip. Kids loved the outdoor mini golf and pool table. Great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants and beach! Highly recommend staying here - look forward to going back!

Villa Ami is amazing!

Everything was spotless and clean and we loved using all the facilities. The minigolf was a lot of fun in the evenings and the outdoors gym area was a real treat. Even had a couple of dumbbells, a weighted vest, some resistance and TRX bands and a few more items that made me look forward to my daily morning workout. The hosts Alex & George were always on point and very responsive and gave us plenty of good recommendations. They helped us sort out our car rentals and a even booked us a fabulous boat trip that I highly recommend. The Villa is also very well located as you have complete privacy but still have direct access to the town where you can find everything. Having the beach right next to us was also quite nice, but to be honest we were more than happy to stay around the pool all day. We had an amazing time in Corfu and will certainly return! Also the daily housekeeping was a great plus and Andrea took great care of us. Cannot say enough good things about this Villa! Thanks for everything and we will be back.
