Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all garbage bags in the big bins opposite the kitchen door beside the fence. Make sure that all electric devices are turned off or unplugged. Lock the kitchen door and the main door.
Put both pairs of keys in the keybox and mix the numbers. Make sure that at least all inner balcony doors and windows glass leaves are closed.

A relaxing stay in a very comfortable villa

Lovely villa situated just a short stroll to the beach front and shops, but far enough to be removed from the busy nightlife in Ipsos. The two verandas were great for hanging out during the day and the beach was always there if you wanted a quick dip. The wifi was great although didnt reach the upstairs veranda, and the large lounge was nice for evening chats. Kitchen was reasonably equiped but a bit short on knives and implements so we bought an extra knife. The landlord Nikolaos was super helpful and communicative. Only niggle was perhaps that there were a few too many household decorations downstairs which limited the usable table spaces.
