No sleep! The mattress was worn out

No sleep as beds were worn out and sagging on both sides. Hotel was nice but the mattresses need replacing. Way over used! You pay a premium price for a standard at Hampton and this hotel does not meet that standard. Stay away!

Poor Service

When I arrived, I had to announce loudly that I have a reservation as the front desk clerk was busy texting on het phone. When I was checking out, I had to knock on the administration office door to get the front desk clerk to the front of the house to settle my bill. Staff needs a good kick in the butt! Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable .
