We were very comfortable at this hotel. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and the breakfast area clean and large enough to accommodate lots of people. The pool was very warm very big, much larger than most hotel pools. The whole property was clean and tidy. We would definately stay here again when visiting the Cornwall area.

Some of the employees were very rude and abrupt with us (one upon check in and once whilst we were talking to other guests of the hotel). When you book with them they don't tell you that you have to have a credit card only. You can't even prepay for the room. The manager said normally they take a extra $400 deposit if you want to pay for it with a debit card. They said just because you have a family I'll make it $200. Making it seem like we didn't have the money to give a $400 deposit...The beds are not comfortable at all, they were very hard and unsupportive. Needless to say we didn't feel like our stay was a good one at this hotel.

This hotel was run down, dirt all over the pool deck, the rooms were dirty and then beds were uncomfortable. Everything was really run down.

This is a great location - close to the border, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and not too far from the highway. The staff are friendly and professional. I really like the spacious and non-carpeted floors in our room. The room felt well cleaned upon our arrival. For our visit, we were travelling with our puppy and would have appreciated the yard being mowed. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at the Ramada in Cornwall and would stay again.

Fabulous saltwater pool, clean quiet property, friendly, efficient desk staff. Free wifi, easy parking and clean room with solid firm mattress. Pillows were a tad old. Breakfast was simple but nice - fresh fruit salad, cereals and breads, limited but plentiful hot menu items. The kitchen staff came out every minute (not exaggerating) to make sure food items were stocked sufficiently and used plates were taken away. I’ve never seen such attention paid to a breakfast buffet. When I was swimming in the morning someone was testing the water chemistry. This place is well tended to. It’s handy to the 401, nice place to stay after a drive.
