This beautiful home is the perfect place to host a family vacation or group outing to Rockport. You'll love hosting a barbecue with the private gas grill, and little ones can run around in the home's enclosed yard while you relax on the furnished deck. Play your favorites over the provided CD player. Take the provided beach towels down to enjoy the beach for a day of fun in the sun. All you have to do is relax!

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice house neighborhood and helpful staff

We were commissioning a sailboat nearby and it was very convenient, back patio would be great to have a meal, we stored boat accessories, bathtub needs to be elevated, it holds water away from drain, and keyless entry is finicky.

You get what you pay for!

I loved the proximity to everything in Rockport, it was a great location. It could use some TLC and upgraded furniture. But all in all, for the price it's not a bad deal. I would stay here again and bring my own grill.

Sandy Toes Spring visit

This home was very basic and clean. The couch and bed were comfortable. There is a lack of side tables in the living room. It would’ve been nice if they had night stands with lights on both sides of the bed to put personal items. There are no dressers and no where to put your suitcase other than the floor.

Making property better.

The property was neat and clean. Need a chest in master bedroom for clothing. Had to purchase hangers and rest in suitcase. Prefer a chest if I am staying longer. Only sizable mirror was hung in poor lighting and hard to style hair, light above sink was out.

Vacation nightmare

The moment we got there, we found several roaches both dead and alive. A couple hours later we realized the refrigerator was leaking. We called Vacasa to report the bugs and fridge and they said they’d put in a ticket and have someone contact me. No one contacted me until the next day around lunchtime, and she said that “the fridge doesn’t leak in the winter, it’s only when people are staying here” so they knew it was leaking. We spent the entire trip cleaning water off the floor with towels to prevent our belongings getting damaged. They did not come out to remedy the refrigerator. They said instead that the owner would be replacing the fridge this weekend (after we leave) which doesn’t help us. As for the roaches she said that the house is treated by a pest control service and she would reach out to “see when the last service was”. I never heard from her again. Then that afternoon I walked onto the patio and was stung in the head by a Yellowjacket. There were three HUGE nests. So I sent my husband to the store to buy roach spray and wasp spray. He came back and we killed all the wasps in the nest. 15 total with 12 larvae. 6 roaches just in the living room. The next day we look under the sink to find roach spray and wasp spray.. which shows they knew about the roaches and wasps. That night we walk into the half bath downstairs and the floor is wet and it smells like poop. After some investigation we find it’s the toilet, leaking literal sewage water onto the floor.. so we had to clean that up too. Not even 10 minutes later the internet went out. We call and report the issues, and his exact response was “I’m so sorry to hear about that, is there anything else I can help you with?” No one ever contacted me regarding the internet. It eventually turned back on the next day, but that was the day we were checking out. Needless to say we asked for a refund. Never again.

Fulton location is star quality of home

Pros Early check in offered Very clean sheets & towels Excellent response by local vacasa property manager Amanda coming to address ant infestation & bug problem Overall cute compact cottage, very quiet residential street in great Fulton location. Cons Upon arrival, living area had several dead bugs on floor which created a live ant infestation. Several items need owners attention: small makeup Mirror was broken & left in cupboard; trundle bed frame in 2nd bedroom is broken (thankfully we didn’t need to use it) The Washing machine is in the living room & is noisy when operating; No drawers or surface to put anything on in master bedroom closet; Garbage disposal worked sporadically & we had to troubleshoot issue, water gets into the “button” control & trips the breaker under the sink; Recycle bin not emptied from previous rental & was full lots of stinking garbage & flies; all partial AC units have to all be on same temp to operate which meant 3 upstairs units always cold to get 1 downstairs unit close to cool.

Not what I expected

Not a very good experience !! The bed in second bedroom was broken so my daughter had to put mattress. There were roaches in the kitchen cabinets, the down stairs restroom light didn’t work. The fridge didn’t feel like it was cool enough, the dry didn’t dry well it took 5 cycles to dry a load.

Visiting from Florida for Family Wedding

My first time here to Fulton/Rockport. First thing I noticed was the color of the house because it reminded me of houses we have in Florida in beach towns. The website is easy to navigate and book the reservation. The house is very cute. And clean. Updated interior. The beds were very comfortable. We were very close to water and everything else. The beach was close. Quiet neighborhood. I was happy with everything.

Not clean

Was very dirty because no one went to clean up the place from the last stay, im keep it short I checked in at 4 pm and they supposed to had sent someone out to clean but the ended up showing up at 8 pm so im there trying to get dinner cooked while a lady is in the place cleaning up she left around 9:45 , she did a good job tho, and I was refunded the cleaning fee other than that the place was nice…..

The home was beautiful; spacious - open floor plan; loved it; nice patio deck - wish there was a swimming pool out back.....overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone who want to get away for a few days!!!!!!

This is a decent place to stay in the Rockport area. The location is great, the backyard and porch were nice. Overall we had a good stay.
