The place was great and amazing. Only downside i can see is there no ramp to the beach or that i didnt see. There a ramp back to condo but not to the beach. Overall great experince and i will defiantly be coming back

Employees were friendly. Wine & paint was fun, fire pit with music was great. Golf cart price was bit steep $75 in the off season. The property is beautiful! However, all I could out my window were these rusty steel containers on the property that were such an eyesore! Why on earth they spent all this money for a lovely property, boardwalk, gas fire pit, etc then put these atrocious, rusting steel containers beside is beyond my understanding. I get the cost savings but seems the wrong place to cut it. At first we had no water pressure in our shower and our sink drained slow. We mentioned it to the maintenance man Jorge and he promptly grabbed his tools and resolved the issues. He was so very kind! You definitely need a car when staying at this resort. It’s private and isolated. Had a great, quiet, relaxing time!

This is our third stay at the Lively Beach resort, and we always enjoy the daily memories, it is the perfect home alway from home. The staffing always take full ownership in providing help and also giving us the space to take in the moments. A wonderful environment and atmosphere.

We got a bit of a runaround with booking vs actual reservations, room wasn’t as reserved but was given proper room with a little coaxing which also meant that we had to change rooms for the last night. Overall nice place

Was supposed to be water front room. There was another building in front of my room. I told them about this and they said i coukd see the ocean a mile away so it is a partial view. Partial view was a streach but still false advertisement when it said ocean front. The windows you could hardly see through from water damage and they charged way more than it was worth.

The place is beautiful but the only issue I had with cleanliness. There was dust and hair in our room and I had to call front desk for new sheets. They sent over new sheets and a new comforter but it smelled so bad like mildew that we went out and bought our own blankets. Other than that it was an easy check in process and the place itself was beautiful, walkable to the beach.
