Cozy & convenient family home for your transition move or change of scenery working from home or simply to be closer to the beach. This home is fully furnished for families moving to Corpus Christi for work or in the process of purchasing a home. We made it ready, fun & safe for kids. Private backyard with a fire pit & comfy seating plus fully equipped kitchen!

Our neighborhood is very quiet so you'll definitely get some peace and relaxation.
You'll have full access to the backyard, front yard and entire studio. There are guests on the other side of the house, though the wall is insulated and separated by a laundry room so your stay is quiet.
The 2 homes are separated by a fence so you'll have 100% privacy.
16 minutes from Whitecap Beach and close to tons of great dining.
Inside: Plenty of room for everyone whether watching TV, eating, cooking, playing games, or just hanging out. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, plates, flatware, pots/pans, and even wine glasses! Dining table seats 4. Please let me know your guest count so I can make sure the room is adequately stocked for your stay.
Outside: There is a fenced in yard, BBQ, fireplace, hanging hammock chairs and hammock to enjoy and plenty of space for kids to run around in.
