The living area is spacious and includes a sofa and love seat. In addition to a great seating area, guests will love the natural lighting that filters through the wall-to-wall windows.

For the avid cook of the group, there is a large kitchen with ample counter space, bar seating for 3 guests, and an additional dining table that has seats for 4. All cookware, utensils, and dishes are included and will make preparing any meal a breeze. Upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a double stainless sink gives this condo that perfect modern feel. High Speed Fiber Internet is available in every unit. This second-floor unit was recently remodeled with brand new granite counters, new natural wood flooring and new stainless kitchen appliances. In this one-bedroom unit it has a large king bed and two comfortable swivel chairs, each with comfortable positions to watch the 65” smart television or to view the expanse of the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the southern horizon. High Speed Fiber Internet is available in every unit. If you prefer to sit on the balcony, comfortable tall chairs await that have a perfect view of the beach and our turtle pond. Being this close to the beach gives you perfect access to the sound of waves crashing and a beautiful Port Aransas sunset.

Nice condo, great location, comfortable bed. Only negative was the area rug in the living space was very dirty. Probably to much furniture for the size of the condo. Would I book it again... yes.

Nice property!

Property was as described. The grounds were clean and showed well. Actual unit was nice and roomy for 2 people and it was a nice view from the deck. Only issues we had was no internet on the last day which was annoying as we couldn’t watch tv after dark. The only other issue was the bed frame was extremely “creaky” to the point were it would keep you up and would always wake up your partner with the slightest of movement. Would definitely rent again if the bed frame was changed.

The unit was as-expected, with terrific ocean views and very easy beach access. Clean and comfortable as well. Internet is very fast. That and the nice surprise of a new high-low power desk makes this an excellent remote work location.
