The best thing about the property was that it was a short walk to the beach, with a lifeguard stand right there. I wasn't aware that there was a breakfast option until we arrived, but it was a nice little bonus. Nothing fancy, just coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we needed it. Price was nice. People have complained of the ongoing construction, and it's still ongoing, with no obvious progress going on while we were there. It was no bother to us. Room was small but adequate. In-room fridge was a nice bonus. We'll stay here again if we ever end up in the area.

Very clean. Great location next to the beach. Seems like it had been an older hotel that has been remodeled and modernized, but they did a great job with it. The staff was very friendly and communicated with us by text and phone call.

Great place

Great little hotel just steps from the beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Only issue is outside lights are so bright that it lights up the room at night which affected our sleep.

Best hotel I have stayed at mostly due to the fact that it is a short walking distance to the beach. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. I do wish they were pet friendly. I would highly recommend Seaside Boutique Hotel.

Clean room. Needs some cosmetic repairs. Staff friendly. Convenient 2 minute walk to the beach definitely an A plus. No true complaints. Just wish they were pet friendly.

I love the location of this hotel. It is right on the beach, and there is a decently priced restaurant that is walkable or has beach parking on Beach Rd. The room was clean except for the floors. They were filthy. Told the front desk when checking out and they said the room was scheduled for a "deep clean" . I have stayed here before on the second floor and did not have this experience.
