Our neighborhood sits in the vibrant heart of Corpus Christi’s culturally diverse Central City neighborhood. This area boasts a range of attractions, including the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History, the Harbor Bridge, and the USS Lexington Museum, all within walking distance. We love hosting longer stay! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

****FRONT HOUSE NOTES***
Please note there are two homes on our property and you are booking the front home only - our guesthouse in back will be occupied during your stay. The long driveway can accomodate up to 3 cars only and all other cars will need to be parked on the street. The long driveway is reserved for our front house and is not able to be used by the guesthouse guests. Please note that both homes will be occupied during your stay and this is a shared lot with our front home being separate but there is shared back patio space.

**Pest control is routinely carried out in all units we manage, due to our coastal location and high humidity there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests. - Please let us know straight away if you spot any so we can arrange an appointment with our pest control team. - Although we make every effort to provide a pest-free environment, this is an inevitable part of life on the Texas Coast.

*Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services*

Starter Supplies Provided
To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
