Queen size bed with a queen size sleeper sofa. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! The common areas are excellent with a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips w/electricity and water for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle in assigned carport. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the communal facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
