Arcangela Residence is a newly built property located in Corsano, a small town in southern Salento, about 2 km from the sea at Marina di Novaglie.
The property consists of 4 independent apartments with shared outdoor spaces, including 2 large and comfortable swimming pools (sizes: 10x4 meters and 8x5 meters), an outdoor shower, a relaxation area with sunbeds and loungers, a barbecue, and private internal parking. Additionally, all apartments are equipped with air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi internet.
Surrounded by the greenery of olive groves and close to country roads and trails, it offers maximum privacy and relaxation, even in its outdoor areas. It is particularly suitable for groups of people who want to stay in the same place and share outdoor spaces and services while having separate, independent accommodations.
It is also available for short stays, for anyone in need of a quick, simple, and comfortable place to stay.
MELAGRANO APARTMENT
Located on the ground floor (with a small staircase to access it), the Melograno apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment, approximately 70 sqm in size, consists of a kitchen/living room (with a sofa, LED TV, oven, dishwasher, pots, kitchen accessories, coffee machine, etc.), 3 bedrooms: one double with a single bed and one with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed if needed), and a third room with a bunk bedand. Finally two comfortable full bathrooms with a shower.
Outside, you can enjoy a private furnished veranda (not shared), an ideal place for a great breakfast in the morning or to dine outdoors.
