Kamer was schoon en ruim. Lift werkte niet maar kregen op ons verzoek een kamer op de begane grond van aardige receptioniste. Helaas niet gezwommen omdat er viezigheid in lag (o.a. haren). Ook ontbijt was karig (geen brood, beleg etc.).

I checked into your hotel today and was informed that the elevator is not working. As a disabled guest, this creates a serious accessibility issue for me. I specifically requested a room near the first floor, but my request was denied.

It was spacious, clean and quiet. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone. The only issue was that the elevators were down and our gas stove wasn't working. Other than that, it was wonderful!

We had a very late check in and was passing through for one night but it was a great stay. Got a late check out for one hour to use the pool. Wish they allowed a little later late check out but it would have caused a fee.

Very clean. The website didn't tell us the elevator didn't work. We were slotted for the third floor. I can't do stairs. They were able to move us to the first floor. We were told it would be months before the elevator is fixed.

Especially happy with the size, decor and cleanliness of my room. Breakfast was great, too. Staff, very helpful and professional. Just one piece didn't fit. I was on floor one...the hallway had an odor...maybe animal, smoke, combination of?? Could it be the carpet? But, overall, I had an exceptional stay!
