Our stay at Ocean Allure. Was great! Resort was very clean and wasn’t over populated due being a very new resort also making it a laid back vacation. Staff were very pleasant. We had a great stay during the week between Christmas and New Years. Every staff member we met was amazing, courteous and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious with plenty of storage. The pools and beach were perfect. One tip - upgrading to Privilege status is worth it. It is very hard to get a dinner reservation if you are not Privilege, where the butlers make the reservation for you! If you are looking to relax and unwind you will be happy at Ocean Allure!

Originally we booked 3 rooms for 5 people. Few days after making the reservation we wanted to add one more person to the third room. Called, emailed tried to reach out, unfortunately unsuccessful. Expedia was not able to help me, since the only way Expedia agent was able to do it, it was to cancel the third room and rebook it. Unfortunately there was no guarantee that there will be a room available. Therefore advised by Expedia agent to book the flight separately for 6th person and add all inclusive package at the arrival. Since we had a room already it shouldn’t been a challenge. I even went step further and reached out to H10 hotels corporate reservation. They also couldn’t help me since Ocean Allure is a new property and they have not received a training to do so. As per agent on the phone. Since none of my emails not messages ever got returned we decided to add all inclusive package at the property. What a pleasant surprise that was. We got charged $1500 for 5 nights only for the all inclusive package. As mentioned we already had a room booked with one person and purchased the fare separately. That was way too high of a charge for all inclusive only. It wasn’t all. It has been a challenge to make a reservation as a group of 6, since only way to make dining reservations was separately for each room. They also couldn’t make a change to the reservation to show 2 guests on the third room. You would think it shouldn’t be a problem after paying $1500 in addition….

Resort is beautiful! Food was really good, good selection at breakfast buffet, dinner restaurants were excellent. The coffee shop had the best coffee I have ever had at an all inclusive. I would pay money for the mikes latte. Lots of seating at pools and lazy river. Less seating at the beach. Staff is very kind and worked so hard! (Make sure you are tipping them!) Highly recommend this resort!

I had an awesome experience staying at Ocean Allure Cancun. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with great views and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff really stood out—Tony, Hector, Janet, Maria and Ale very friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The atmosphere was laid-back but still fun, making it perfect whether you’re looking to relax or explore Cancun’s nightlife.

We stayed here for 5 days & it was an incredible experience. The staff was absolutely the best each of us have ever experienced! They really go above and beyond at every twist and turn to make you feel welcomed. The food is outstanding with plenty of options. There is a very good breakfast & lunch buffet here if you are looking for that option. They also have PLENTY of stand alone restaurants with a la carte and full menu options as well. Plenty of pools with more than enough spacing and servers who are constantly available to serve you drinks. The beach is stunning as well! Rooms are clean & ours (Privilege Junior Swim Up) contained a waterfall shower, fridge with drinks (both alcoholic & non), plenty of closet space, safe, steamer for clothes, dual sinks & a beautiful swim up right outside. This just opened Dec 3rd so there are a few MINOR things they could improve upon such as slightly warmer pool water. We noticed not many people were utilizing the pool due to its extremely cold temperatures. The 2nd would be more consistent music by the pools. We found ourselves having to pool hop a bit to find where the music was playing. Lastly, there are day beds available at the beach for privilege customers...you HAVE to arrive there by 6am at the latest as it is first come first served. I would like to see them add more of those as a convenience for others who pay max price as well. Again these are minor improvements but overall 10/10 place and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

We recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The property is very clean, quiet, and not crowded, which made it easy to relax. The beach itself is beautiful and well maintained. However, there are not nearly enough lounge chairs. If you arrive around 10 a.m., you’ll likely spend a good amount of time walking back and forth trying to find one. I understand the resort just opened on December 1st, but if you know how many rooms are booked, it seems reasonable to provide enough basic essentials for your guests. The Italian restaurant was clearly understaffed — it took about 20 minutes just to get water, and the fish we ordered was dry. This was disappointing, especially since it’s the only restaurant that requires reservations. The other restaurants were decent and more consistent. Our room was clean when we arrived, except for the shower floor, which we had to rinse ourselves. After the first night, we used the door hanger to skip housekeeping, but once we removed it the next day, no one came to clean — not that day, nor the next, until late at night. The spa was another letdown. A 60‑minute massage was $169, which would be fine if the spa felt special, but the space was very plain and lacked any warmth or coziness. I wouldn’t return to the spa based on this experience. On a positive note, booking a trip to Xcaret Park through the resort was very easy, everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed it a lot. High potential, but currently in a "soft-opening" transition. Pros: Beautiful tropical design, amazing beach, decent food options, plenty of entertainment, and incredibly kind staff. Cons: Visible construction flaws (paint/tiles) and very cold pool water (we believe the water temperature should be comfortable enough not to be shivering). Great for adults, but wait a few months if you want a "polished" experience. I have no doubt that this resort can be a 5 star resort in the future. • Overall Rating: 4/5 Stars (soft opening) • Best For: Couples, families with adult children, wanting a more relaxed focused stay with entertainment available. Stay: December 27-January 2 Would I return? Hi So I booked the resort privilege suite ocean view. I informed the resort that we old be there 12pm and if possible needed an early check in. That was not done. We were given a suite at 3:30pm. With a partial ocean view.disappointed honestly but the overall stay was made so comfortable by the staff and resort was so new and clean and beach was so clean an amazing that we really forgot about the check in hiccups. Alex our server in privilege restaurant was a 5 star guy who made every effort to please us. The best restaurant was the privilege one with excellent views and food breakfast lunch and dinner. A big disappointment was the French restaurant. The steakhouse and Japanese restaurant were really good too. It was our first time in Cancun and I am so glad that I chose Ocean Allure and even more glad that I chose their privilege room.

We enjoyed our stay overall. There were a few areas that need improvement. Service was generally good but there were a lot of miscommunication between staff which led to us being given inaccurate information. The food was good but when it was busy you could tell the quality really dropped. The beach is great but it really needs more chairs. The pools & lazy river are awesome although a bit chilly. I'm sure that will be corrected as they continue to warm up. The Piano Bar, Lobby Bar, and Sports Bar always provided great service and outstanding drinks. The other bars around pools & at restaurants were not as good. The bowling alley and golf simulator were really great activities that are very unique to this resort. The golf simulator has tons of potential to both generate additional revenue and provide great experiences for customers. The room was very spacious and well appointed but it really should have been deep cleaned before they allowed anyone to stay there. There was a lot of construction dust on everything and paint/caulk splashes all over the place. With a good deep cleaning, the room would be outstanding. The lobby provides a beautiful and dramatic entry into the resort. Overall, the resort has a lot of potential but needs to address a few service, food, and cleanliness items to be considered 5* in my opinion.

If anyone is thinking about staying at this property, the answer is YES — this is truly one of the best resorts in the Cancún Costa Mujeres area. Everything was a 10/10. The staff is outstanding. From check-in onward, everyone treated us with courtesy and warmth. Luis from the management team is amazing! always checking in to make sure everything was going well through our whole stay , Julio from guest services was extremely helpful , and Tomas Jonathan and Carla in the restaurants provided amazing service. The rooms were always impeccable, and the beach in this area is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay — we would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort.

Pros - Staff were excellent! Jennifer at the Front Desk went above and beyond to help us, so professional, and we cannot say enough good things about her, even stayed passed her shift to make sure we were taken care of. Nicte (poolside bar) was so pleasant, as were all of the bar staff. Cons - not having the buffet open for dinner was very disappointing and inconvenient, it was only open for breakfast and lunch so you had to go to the a la carte restaurants which is not great for people arriving at the resort after 3:30 p.m to check in or returning from a day excursion. especially since you needed reservations at the a la carte restaurants. Maintenance staff response was lacking for issues to be fixed (ie: shower, dead bolt on door not working - never fixed, electrical issue in a family members room - never fixed) Uneasiness in not having peep holes in the doors. Lacking in entertainment/activities in the evenings, really nothing to do. INCREDIBLY LONG process to check out, had to be done physically at the counter. Safety concern around the washroom by the pool, due to an elevation in the flooring - which is not marked or covered with non-slip material, several people tripped and fell.

Great, beautiful new resort. Staff and service was excellent. Lots of diverse dining options. Plenty of space at pools and on the beach. Good level of activities and entertainment. We heard some guests having problems with getting reservations at a couple of the more popular restaurants, but that was not an issue as we had a Privilege room where we could make reservations for the week ahead of time. Also, restaurants seemed to have room at the earlier seating (6:30 or before).

- [ ] Bug in room - [ ] Warm mini bar, was not stocked when we arrived - [ ] Paint overspray and sheet rock mud on floors - [ ] Swim up pool is cold - [ ] Bag was not at room when we got there - [ ] Mixed messages on when things are open - [ ] Night food - [ ] Nachos were nasty and had no guac - they were out - [ ] Multiple bars had no straws or limes - [ ] Turkey sandwich was okay but had barely any meat - [ ] Cheesecake was bad - [ ] Disco/dance area of sports bar had no dj or music - [ ] Butler has not contacted us and are unable to properly make reservations due to system only recognizing one guest. - [ ] Unable to choose a time for dinner reservation, just auto puts 6pm
