The luxury interior features a modern open kitchen leading directly to a spacious terrace with a lounge set on the waterfront, perfect for relaxing from morning until night. The home offers two generous double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and stylish decor throughout, carefully curated by the creative owner. Set in the scenic Kromme Rijnstreek near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the area is ideal for cycling, walking, and canoeing. Explore cherry orchards, hiking trails, and the nearby Soesterduinen, less than 20 minutes away. Utrecht and Amersfoort are within 30 minutes, offering culture, shopping, and dining experiences. Due to its location on the water, the house is suitable for children aged 10 and older, making it a perfect retreat for families seeking relaxation, nature, and cultural excursions.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
