Built in 1902, this renovated 1,200 sq. ft. cottage (3 beds, 1 bath) is perfect for family getaways, couples’ weekends, small groups, and retriever enthusiasts. While you’ll feel worlds away, you’re only 15 minutes from Zachary and a short drive to Baton Rouge.

Retriever enthusiasts can train using two technical ponds, open land, and four covered outdoor kennels with Kuranda beds, drains, fans, and lighting.

• BATHROOM – Spa-inspired with tub/shower combo and large vanity

Hosting a larger group? We can accommodate up to 8 guests.

In addition to 3 queen beds, we provide a queen air mattress with linens and pillows.

A small fee applies for extra guests and covers all essentials.

We provide a complimentary Baby Package with pack-and-play, highchair, baby gates, books, toys, and a red wagon.

🔐 SAFETY & SECURITY

• Outdoor-only security cameras at the gate, front door, and back fields

• Motion-triggered, 24/7 recording (no cameras inside the home)

📜 HOUSE RULES

• Sleeps 6 (up to 8 with approval) – $20 per extra guest per night

• No smoking or vaping indoors ($500 violation fee)

• Children must be supervised near porches, ponds, and wildlife

• Vaccinated dogs welcome (2 max unless approved) – please keep off furniture and clean up after them

No refunds for weather, outages, or natural events.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
